Family communication - Essay Example The belief system allows resilient families to make meaning of any challenge or crisis that they are currently facing while maintaining a positive outlook at the same time. Organization allows resilient families to remain flexible and stay connected. Thus, family resilience could be said to be the process through which a family copes with challenges as one functional unit.
